A note on the results below. I used the Nautilus, which has some great characteristics to help you get the most out of these exercises. However, I only tested the Nautilus with the Prowler. I am not saying it is the best or best for all individuals. I am simply saying that it was the best for me. I used the Nautilus on the Prowler with a 20kg weight plate (the bar weighs 7kg on the Prowler). There are other benefits to using the Nautilus. There are many. The key is that they all have a place and they all work well for their purpose. My main benefit is my flexibility and I can go for miles at a time in my Prowler without a problem. I can do a 1 minute sprint with the Nautilus, or a 100 m sprint with it. I am using it with weights, but also with the foot plate and the back board. It is a fantastic device, and very comfortable. If you want a good, sturdy, well built, good looking machine, the Nautilus is a good choice. I have a lot of experience with it and have had many friends use it.
